Due to frequent and ongoing communication problems related to “third party bookings”, scheduling requests from parents, guardians, spouses, partners, etc. will not be accepted (except in the case of credible extenuating circumstances). Follow-up messages must also be handled by the same person. If there are indications someone is "pretending" to be the person in question, all preset appointments will be cancelled and the client file will be deleted.
