Generally, if one needs to learn manual from scratch, three or four lessons are required to cover the essentials and achieve a functional level of control.
Certificates are fully refundable if, for some reason, the recipient cannot redeem them.

Certificates are normally emailed (as .jpg files) within 2 business days. If you don’t receive them, first check your spam folder, then contact me thru the “contact” page.
If you prefer "hard copies", please make a note of this in the "Instructions to Merchant" box on the PayPal order form, and they will be snail-mailed.
Lessons are conducted in urban Ottawa only
